I know all too well the challenges and chaos of family life. Dashing about from playgroups, school runs, picking up Duplo for the millionth time that day, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, tucking in little ones with their favourite story, sleep…repeat. I invite you to park the hectic day-to-day life for a few hours. Come on an adventure with me, be it on the beach at sunset, in a forest as the sun rises or in the calm of my tranquil studio.
Do not allow time to pass you by in the blink of an eye. Take time to pause, and breathe in the beauty in the chaos. Do not allow yourself to take the present for granted. In years to come you will realise how truly magnificent this time was, as hidden amongst the noise and chaos of parenthood lie life’s true gems. Your toddler reaching out to hold your hand, piggybacks when little legs are too tired to walk, wiping a tear from tired eyes, excited giggles and comforting cuddles. These are the precious years and within these seemingly ordinary moments, disguised behind the tiredness are the moments that one day will feel so extraordinary, that you will want to re-live them all over again. So let’s work together to seize these moments so that they won’t slip by noticed.
